Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions you will ever make. There are so many things to consider that it can sometimes be overwhelming. At the same time, it can also be one of the most enjoyable times of your life.
The job of a realtor is to make the overwhelming understandable and the fun memorable.
A realtor should always keep your interests above all others. My business philosophy is very simple: it’s about creating a home, not just buying a house. To help you find your home, I’d like to get to know you. That requires more than just email and text messaging. While I keep up to date with the latest technology that helps keep you informed, the greatest asset I offer is the willingness to spend time with you. I work on your behalf to make sure you have had every opportunity to fully explore potential homes and that every detail from inspections to utility transfers are taken care of before you move in.

Selling a Home
Whether you’re moving up or moving on, I’d be honored to help you sell your home. There are several factors to consider when selling a home:
- Home Value & Market Assessment: What is the home worth right now? What have other homes in the area sold for? What are the benefits and highlights of the community and school district?
- Features Assessment: What is unique about the home? What special items should be highlighted?
- Areas For Improvement: Is there anything in the home that could be updated or fixed for a small investment that could greatly improve the value or increase its appeal? Sometimes a coat of paint can make all the difference.
- Seller’s Goals: What are you hoping to get for the house? How much debt do you need to pay off? What is your time frame?
Once we have closely evaluated the home and your personal goals, we’ll put together a plan for listing and selling the home. This plan will include online listings, social media strategies, open houses, signage, newspapers and magazines, and much more.
Once a buyer shows interest, I’ll be there to walk you through the process of negotiating and closing the purchase along with making sure you know who to talk to for items such as utility transfers and moving arrangements.
